Hey guys. I got my truck a month or so ago and love it. It is however super quiet as we all know. I am thinking I'll get a series 50 2 into 1 muffler for 200 bucks on Amazon to help me out in the meantime, but after my warrantee runs out I want to throw a set of headers and a full stainless exhaust, likely the combo from DD and a tune. Will this give me chekc engine light issues or any other manitenance or reliability issues? I figure if I get 20 or 30 hp I'd consider myself lucky so it shouldnt stress anything in the truck.

Save that $200, and apply it to whatever you & Keith at DD come up with for your truck.

I don’t want to drive around for 3 years with a truck that sounds like a vacuum cleaner

Keith can recommend a DD system that the headers will bolt up to when the time comes, that way you will get the sound you want now and not need a new cat back when the headers are installed 3 years from now.

I am at this point because headers aren't in the budget right now.

I get that..the thing is I’m in Canada and 200 CAD on Amazon plus an hour or 2 on a weekend is something different than 1000+ CAD. The budget systems are a lot of money after conversion. I know they’re likely worth it etc. And I’d like to get it down the road, but 200CAD all in is something I can do today. I’m the end I can sell it too to get my money back, I have lots of friends driving rams around

more than I can list here
We can send you a miffler only, for $200.

you want a flow thru design, not a design with walls or chambers, no matter what shape they are. Lol.

with my muffler you will gain horsepower. And if you exit thru the stock tailpipe you won’t lose low end torque. And it will drone far less than any other option.

give a call for details and to order your muffler.
