So I’m on Amazon looking at different headlight housing options. A lot of the ones I like say the only fit regular or access cabs and no the crew/double cab. Is there really a difference in the headlight assemblies?

No, there is not, that I know of.

Now I used to have an 2005 DC.
Those headlights were the same for the 2005 and 2006.
2004 and 2007 ^ had different headlights from what I remember...
