I have one coming but it will not be installed until after Christmas. Wife won't let me have it till then, it's a present so I have to wait.... But I'll gladly report back once I get it done.

You really can't go wrong with the good brands like Sony, Kenwood, Pioneer, JVC. I have 2 Kenwoods and 3 Pioneers, all with carplay, and they all work well. Might want to get yourself a steering wheel remote interface as well.

My tundra doesn’t have steering wheel controls. However I saw pioneer makes one for their head units that I can attach to my wheel.

I just put a pioneer 1400 in my 2000 with a backup camera. It was pretty straight forward. It took about two hours from start to finish. CarPlay is great

I have the pioneer nex 4400. It works great and all factory accessories work with it...the backup camera, steering wheel controls, JBL amp/speakers, etc. The only thing that doesn't interface is the factory microphone which is no big deal. I recommend wireless CarPlay if you can afford it!

None! I tow a boat weekly
I had the Sony Ax210 Installed a few weeks ago. It’s the only idatalink maestro compatible Sony hu right now. I hated it after a week. Screen went dark a few times. Back up camera would occasionally pop up when I put the truck in park and once while turning a corner. Other times the back up screen would stay on and not revert back to music.
I replaced it with the Pioneer 4500NEX. Much better experience and it works.
