I have a 2010 that has a bad brake issue. When I brake there is a noise and a vibration and if I come to a stop, it appears the brake(s) lock up. I have to press the accelerator to get it to unlock and release which results in a jolt as it starts to move. I feel like it is coming from the front left brake. No other indications (lights). Any ideas? The vehicle is not drivable in its current state.

Check and replace your brake rotors and pads. Also check if brake cylinders moving as they should

Check your adjustment on your parking brakes as well. If this system gets stuck/hung up it will cause these issues as well.

Thanks for the recommendations. I actually figured it out pretty quick once I got to inspecting the caliper. The lower attachment bolt was missing! This obviously allowed some play in the caliper. Have no idea how it could have come loose as it takes some effort to loosen them!
