Pat's getting hosed by the Ref's... it's freaking great!

 

I called it. They did it.

What's my point?

1) The Chiefs may not be a lock, but there is no game that they cannot win because of their offensive firepower.
2) Now, they have a vastly improved defense.
3) Lot of parity in the league right now among the top tier teams.

Chiefs give up a touchdown on a great trick play. They give up a touchdown because they can't punt a football without getting it blocked, but they hold against the two-point conversion, keeping it a 2-score game.

Houston Texans... beat Kansas City, New England, lose to New Orleans on a Brees bomb in the closing seconds... Get an ass whooping from Denver with a rookie QB??? No explanation...LOL

 

Chiefs are FINALLY getting healthy. Big difference. Playing without many defensive players [including our best one], best offensive lineman, a healthy Mahomes, Hill, and running backs almost all games this season.

Now, what?!

When Spagnolo was hired as Chiefs' DC this off-season, radio show hosts in KC said don't read much into the first half a season, that they'd hit their stride when it mattered. That seems to be what's happening. I just wish Andy would quit pretending that he doesn't have two of the fastest guys in the league in his offense

We do! With mahomes' arm and our WR speed, we're a healthy O-line from scoring on every offensive play lol

I'm not one to point out the obvious (Dodge truck owners have a low IQ) but when it comes to football, the best games are the ones where you don't ever notice the officials.

 

The other day in a post during the Chiefs/Patriots game I joked about the Pats trying to steal calls, using their headset intelligence unit.

Then, I read today on NFL.com that the Pats are being investigated for videotaping the Bengals' coaches and bench area during their game against the Browns on Sunday to try to match their calls to the plays on the field:

"Reid noted after Sunday's victory that Mahomes struggled to grip the ball. Monday, the coach took it a step further, saying he changed some of the game plan in the second half due to the injury, adding more crossers and leaning on the ground game.

The adjustments showed on the field, where there were no longer deep shots against a good Patriots defense, and the offense stalled."

Funny thing is, even though we still need the deep ball, running the ball more actually helped us, I think.

 

Fucking penalties cost the Saints the game. We beat ourselves. WHO DAT!!!

 

I hope we win out but mainly just want to beat the Seahawks.

That was ONE version given by ONE of the two reporters being interviewed side-by-side in the piece I mentioned: the OTHER guy said that the Bengals were concerned because [and he said this was verified by someone who SAW the tape after NFL security confiscated it] that the videographer was shooting into the bench area of the Bengals, focusing upon coaching signals and then panning to the field. [Not disputing the documentary cover]

Or, are you focusing upon my Robert Kraft comment?

Funny that as a Cowboys fan (Owner Jerry Jones sucks shit through a garden hose) that I am rooting for the NY Giants. I'm not sure that I've ever done that before.

Confirmed: Patriots did not alert either the Bengals or the NFL of their filming activity before-hand, they did film coaches and the field in violation of league rules, and a fine appears to be coming.

I mean, you'd think, after their former videotaping troubles that they could avoid such situations, since they are ultra-efficient in every other aspect of their organization.

 

Y'all ain't a talkative bunch today. Relatives over the house today? Hungover? Buying a new phone at Best Buy? Washing the truck?

 

The streams were being dicks, so I gave up. Should have told my friend, he just hooked me up with his DAZN account.
