Hey guys, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased a 2020 Tundra. Some of the options I got were the convenience package, TRD sports package, SR5 upgrade package, blackout package, deck rail system, skid plate and bed mat and it will be Black. Nobody had it as I wanted it, so it is being built.

I want to give a big THANK YOU to Chris Malerba of Smithtown Toyota. Chris went through all the Tundra models with me. He took me for a test drive and exceeded my expectations. Most of my visits took over an hour. Chris always took the time to provided me with all the information necessary to help me make an informed decision and pick the right options for me.
I feel I got a good deal and look forward to getting my truck when it arrives. I’ll post pics when I get it.

I also have to thank all of you who helped me with all my questions and information. This site is the BEST.

Congrats on the new rig! Can't wait for the pics!

Most vehicles look stunning in black, but are hard to keep looking good. You should check out the detailing info on here to keep it shiny(and don't let the dealer wash it)! There are some really awesome members that are more than willing to share their knowledge on detailing supplies, and the pics of their trucks are an inspiration.

Congrats. These really are great trucks and this is one of the best online auto communities. These trucks don't have all of the creature comforts of others but they really are very easy to modify yourself without having major issues. Enjoy!

Congratulations on your new truck. How long do you have to wait until you can pick it up? I had a Midnight Black Tundra, was a really nice truck but hard to keep clean.

And yes, this is a great forum and here is the proof: I drive a F-150 now, waiting for the next gen Tundra and haven't been kicked off yet. To the contrary I feel like I am being treated well and still like to post and converse here.
