Hello! New guy to the site here! Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Has anyone installed the NSV air compressor under the passenger side rear seat with the ESP underseat storage? My truck is a 2015 CM. I cant find anything that says if they fit together. From what I can see it looks like they would run into each other a little bit but how much I cant tell!

Side note; does the NSV compressor require you to remove the roadside kit?

Welcome! It has been done with our 3 compartment box. It was installed into the compartment and that lid was removed. So it fits, just not made for it. Also, I would recommend using some sort of felt on the other lids since there will be vibration from the compressor. See attached picture

That almost looks like it was made for it!

I have the cheaper, open version without lids. My bad, I forgot they had this nicer one with the lids! Do you think it would be similar with the version I have?

That’s what it looks like to me as well. Do you know how much would have to come out? I’d like to install it in the space they recommend so it’s out of the way and I still have all three storage spaces, even if it creeps into one a little bit

I haven't the slightest. I don't have either product. Maybe hit up NSV and tell them what you have? They might have experience with the ESP storage solution that you have. I THINK, so we are in dangerous waters here, that the plastic unit and the metal unit have the same size pans.

If they don't, and you aren't shy about modifying the ESP, you could be the pioneer that makes it all fit first. If you decide to be a trailblazer on this, make sure you take pics to document and share with like minded owners.

If you have our plastic version, you would have to remove the lip on the top of the storage. I would only takeoff what you need though, not the whole lip.

There was a thread on it way back when. Post #33 had a short video on it as well as #58.
