I'm pretty impressed by the packing tape ingenuity to hold it all together.

The damage is a bummer but at least your truck will get a nice new look out of the deal!

Did you marry MY husband? He drives a Ford Transit for his business (fuel economy) and likes the power and brakes on Bertha a bit too much. I drove a manual for too many years and am very light on the brakes.

GFY. My wife is not a quote type A driver but she doesn't notice stuff in the road or curbs and stuff in parking lots. I swear she sees something laying in the road and tries to hit it. I let her drive the Tundra right after I bought it. She found the only mud hole next to a parking lot and it hadn't rained here in almost 2 months. She would be better off with a Humvee but not the general public

OP, I like all the suggested upgrades you have mentioned. However, instead of the sensors, I would recommend a front camera rather than the sensors. There is a member here who sells the FRAC harness. It might even be cheaper than adding the sensors and much more useful. I have the sensors and have them turned off most of the time because it gets annoying when they beep all the time, and they are only at the corners, not straight in front, so they don't help much when parking.

Good to hear everyone was OK. What was the other vehicle? Got pics of it? Interested to see the damage on it after getting t-boned.

    No.
Boerseun that’s a really good bit of advice. I saw that frac harness a while back and didn’t really think about that as a substitute but I do use backup cam for parking I would like to also get the anytime back cam also. The sensors are expensive to add on and I think the cam will be more effective. Also I just realized the grille I’ve been drooling over is a2017 no sensor mount think I’m going to have to go with the 2019 pro grille

I bought bumper sensors from Amazon with just beeping sound for $20 or so I think. You do not need to go OEM with that part.

Wife got a camera ticket from running a red light and refused to pay it because the letters they sent us weren’t certified. Then she tried to re-up her registration.

    very happy no one hurt.
