I have searched and searched this forum to see if there is an easy fix other than having the dealership do it to the tune of about $350 which entails replacing the control panel and plastic for the seat.

After 12 years of sliding out of the driver seat (I know..it is hard when you are 5'6" and even reaching the nerf bar puts some side pressure on that area) that side is a bit floppy. The controls still work but something has broken and they said it was a fairly common problem. Fortunately the seat it self is in great shape (surprised the foam has not broken down on that corner)

This has not made it to my long "to do list" but it will....Just like replacing the tailgate support shocks (another thing they want $300+ for)
