I have a 2000 4.7. I replaced the water pump & timing belt pieces. I was having a loud squeal and found out previous owner incorrectly installed the alternator. Replaced that and the noise was still present so I replaced the water pump, timing belt, tensioner and idler pulley. It’s still squealing mainly on the passenger side. Are the cam bearings replaceable? Looking for suggestions and help. Thanks!

What brand of timing belt/water pump kit did you use?
