    How long is the cord? You think it would reach the 12v outlet inside the center console? Or would I have to extend it? Or I'd just snip the plug and hardwire to my rear 12v outlet that I swapped for dual usb ports

    @Reveler00 yes I changed the rear outlet to a dual usb and a 12v. I snipped the plug and wired them to the factory wires after I cut the plug.

    It’s not long enough to reach there. I’d just put it inline with what you already have in the rear, there’s plenty of cable for that.

    Tested this out quite a bit today and it works really well. Basically as long as your phone is in there, it’ll charge.

    ive already used this more than the one in my Tacoma. It’s way more convenient.

    the on off button is great because the green lights are bright as hell at night. The blue when it’s charging is bright enough you can see it without being obnoxious.

    Anyone looking to order but hesitant on if they will have any problems with the case. I have a iPhone XS MAX with the thick otter box defender case on it and the charger still works. Of course it will slow down charging rate by how thick the case is but never the less it works.
