2019 Cement Tundra crew max TRD Off Road

To fit shallow mount 6x9 speakers in the rear door panel using the adapter plates? My front speakers sound so much better since replacing with Memphis audio 2 ohm 6x9’s and am wondering if it is possible to do the same to the rear. Any input is appreciated. (I have already replaced the rear with 6.5” components but not really happy with the range of sound - hoping a 6x9’s can fit to expand my frequency range).
