2001 toyoto tundra o2 sensor fix

2001 toyota tundra limited 4.7l

129,000 total miles Changed timing belt and water pump at 109,,000

I have a 2001 tundra with the 4.7l engine. My check engine light is on and for the second time in 2 years,
O2 BANK 2 was determined.
I changed this last year a d within one month the light was back on, same code. This time I simply changed tbe pcv valve and treated the engine with seafoam.. high mileage. . Light is out.
