Professional hand model, is there a post on this site of your undercarriage method? I'm a PB Blast fan and think is does wonders in other things and have used it to thin grease too. The road salt and calcium chloride here tore the hell out of my F350. The bed rails and frame have taken a beating. Too bad to because that was a great truck. I love the 7.3 in it and it would pull all day long. I may still try to salvage it for just working around town but it may just be trying to put lipstick on a pig.

Try my build page on page #1 shows the flexible fiberglass rod with a large sponge covered by a microfiber bound with wire to the tip. Take a tub of grease a slather a handful (with gloves) on the rag and start shoving as much grease up there as possible. The PB can be done later. I spray down from the engine bay with the hood open into some of the holes.

The rest of the frame, axles, backside of bumpers, wheel shields, shocks, LCA, etc can be slathered with your gloved hands and a dipping sponge. Your hands can get parts of frame that spray cans can’t fit. I think 2 tubs of grease for a total of $11 were used along with 2 cans of PB (spread out over time) for $12.
