I have a 2018 tundra crewmax sr5 and am looking into hid conversion kits. Anyone use these before with success on their stock light housing? What are the pros and cons?

    Looking at these from https://www.xenonhids.com

ToyTec has a pretty good one I’ve been running for over a year

I have them on spyders though. I’d imagine it might be a little better on oem spec

They are definitely better in your spyders because at least you have a projector lens in there. OEM halogens will not do well with HIDs dropped in them

No, they are aftermarket headlamps. Morimoto XB is the brand if you're interested in looking them up

And I beg of you, please do not throw a HID kit in your factory headlamps. Other driver's on the road will thank you.
