First bit of snow that stuck around. So of course I had to geek out and get the first plow of the season done!! 3rd season with this thing and it does pretty good. I might splurge and get the winch upgrade for it this spring....what are you guys moving snow with?!?!?!20191112_165857.jpg

It works ok, its not a commercial or steel plow but it does what it needs to do. Couple passes and the driveway is good to go and it doesn't tear up the gravel driveway or grass.

We just got a dusting today in southern Maine. They got a foot up north. I am thinking of getting a quick release light duty plow to do my driveways. I have a couple of small tractors, but have to suit up to do them and the sidewalks. A warm backup for the two footers would be nice!

We’ve got some of the white stuff here in West Yellowstone, but nothing plowable yet!

Ours wasn't really plowable either, but one thing I learned with this plow is ya gotta get after it early and often. Light weight and rubber cutting edge. When the snow gets packed up it just rolls over it with no bite. Thought about putting some angle iron on the edge...

How does the plow physically work? it looks like it's stationary and doesn't move up and down any.

In the picture it is resting in the transport position. You pull 2 pins and it just rides against the arms. You back up and it tilts to ride on 2 feet, when you drive forward it stands up and you can then push the snow. The model I have you can angle it as well. Its a SnoSport Plow by agri cover. Give'r a youtube search, they work for just taking swipes at a driveway, wouldn't do a parking lot with it tho

Ah nice. I like that it's kind of more floating and can adjust to what it's going over like rocks and what not.

    Nice, Montana looks beautiful!

I'm sitting in Green Bay, WI and we are getting snow again..3rd time this year, after today gonna be over 10 inches already.
Last three years had a 900 Ranger with Boss plow, this year upgraded to a Ranger 1000. These things get into tights spaces and work "almost" as hard as a truck. The truck works better for spring snow that turns to slush though.

    Ciao, Bear
