Lots of chrome in Interior; some chrome exterior. I love the Elegant look
    Hello, dear community friends:

I am new to the world of Forums, so please excuse me for any mistakes during the learning process.

I just turned 68 and have been working as a Real Estate Broker/Owner in the North West of Puerto Rico for 20 years, specializing in Commercial Properties, Luxury Homes, Farms.

I just gave myself a birthday present 3 weeks ago. Went to a Toyota Dealer by accident; came out with the Showroom 1794 Tundra, Mojave Brown. I love the paint color and the elegant look of the Glove-Leather. I was not inclined to Toyota, specially after looking at those nicely designed, amenities-full, Rams-F250's-Denalis. But, after re-thinking, decided to go with Toyota because I had bought my wife a new 2004 Sequoia. We drove 245,000 miles during 14 years of use. It NEVER broke down.

While warming the engine, I stepped inside my Tundra. I was disappointed with the Radio Volume. They brought the mechanics to figure out how to raise the Maximum Level. It could never be resolved. That's what you get: Ridiculously low volume from JBL Speakers (I also own a Cadillac EXT Pickup with Bose Speakers). I was about to VOID the transaction; I love music; i wanted to feel I am inside a Concert when on the road (not while cruising the city).

Anyway, I started driving it and became in Love with it ever since; started ordering aftermarket accessories of every kind since next day.

Thank you for reading all, my introduction. I intend to contribute with Photos, How-To's (installation tips, etc), Where To Buy...

Your new friend from Puerto Rico,
    Bengie

Welcome and yes, the JBL stereo is very weak. I'm not a huge audiophile either and it really disappoints me. After trying to make some improvements to my 2003 Sequoia's JBL system, I'm in no hurry to touch this one.

Welcome from S.W. Oregon, We have a 2005 Sienna van with a JBL audio system that is really awesome, it has more than adequate volume, it could be that it is a premium system that may not be available any more. Our Tundra has a Kenwood system that has 40 watts per channel that really pumps out the power, I think the previous owner may have had really good speakers installed, whatever was done certainly makes me happy.
