TRD Pro Grille and hood bulge ordered this morning. HUGE shoutout to Roman for the buying guide and info he’s posted. Thanks and can’t wait! Chrome will be gone soon.

Pics to come, just got a shipping confirmation.

Too much chrome on the front end of the Tundra. When I pulled in to get gas this morning I was next to another white TSS that had a Pro grille. I was thinking about how stupid it is to have a chrome grille and surround on the blacked out TSS. I guess Toyota did too and brought out the Sport. One problem with the sport though is the crappy tires. The 4WDs version should at least have KO2s.

This looks Awesome! I was just looking at my 1794, and I think there is too much chrome too. That Grill + Surround :)

Looks great! Love the TOYOTA in front.

Can you get this grille on a ‘18 that has Toyota Sensor in the logo? Will it swap out?

Got it installed in less than 30 minutes. Very easy install, huge upgrade from the chrome!

That front end looks fantastic. Helps me remember why I nought my Tundra. Almost two years ago, I traded in my RAM Limited (I had one of the original 2012s) for a 2018 Platinum in metallic grey for a number of reasons - resale, 4.30 rear axle, reliability, etc. But one of the selling points was how damn good the front end of that Tundra with the color matched honeycomb grill looks...and who doesn't love the TRD Pro grill. It's amazing how good these trucks look and how well they enhance with simple mods.

So it boggles my mind when I read reviews that say the design is "getting long-in-the-tooth", "needs updating", etc. You want to update it, then just simply change the grill. Don't need a whole new truck. In 2018, I waited to see the "All New" redesign on the 2019 RAM that has one numerous accolades. Apparently, no one at RAM or any of the reviewers are willing to say the emperor has no clothes. But the buyers did, now RAM is making the putrid new model and the Classic model. Anyone remember New Coke in the mid 1980s.

I have 35k on this truck, and it has been a pleasure, the "long-in-the-tooth" stock design looks better than any other stock design except for a very impractical Raptor with a Turbo 6 cylinder. Some day when my long-in-the truth Tundra starts to wear on me a little, I will probably do the TRD grill, exhaust and suspension, maybe new blacked out wheels, and then maybe the Magnuson supercharger. It'll probably have a 150k+ miles by then, but it'll look and perform like a whole new truck, and I'll put another 150k on it.

Man, do I love that grill.

Thanks! I love the look of all the Tundras, although I am partial to black (especially when it’s allllll black :))

The all black looks sweet, but a pain when dirty. Nice truck man!
