I have an 05 tundra limited with the hydroboost master cylinder. Problem is with the rear brakes. On ice when I’m stopped and have my foot on the brake the rears will
Spin like I’m doing a burn out. i don’t have and traditional lspv. . I have a blend valve proportioning. Has any one have this style ? And have you changed it out ?

1st thing is to check that your rear brakes are adjusted correctly. Service manual spec is .5mm of clearance between the shoes and drum. From my experience they go out of adjustment pretty easily.

Will check that when I get home tonight. Like on the tundras that have the normal lspv and the rod adjusts the flow of fluid to the rear brakes , what does that on mine ? I don’t have the lspv. I only have a blend valve. And from what I was told it only keeps pressure to the teams drums. Is that correct

No idea on yours to be honest, but unless the valve is completely blocked up the rear brake cylinders don't take a lot of fluid to activate. Easy test would be to crack the bleeders open and have someone push the brake pedal. If you get fluid flowing the valve is not the issue.
