You can get the FOB from Amazon and program it with Techstream. I would ask a local locksmith about a key.

I bought an extra "G" transponder key and a fob from Amazon. About $12 each. I took both to a local locksmith that does the key/fob programming. The fob worked great, but the key wouldn't sync/pair with my truck. The locksmith had blank transponder keys that were the same price as the one I got from Amazon, so I went with that, and it worked great. My total cost with Amazon key and fob, locksmith's key, cutting and programming the key and programming the fob was around $90 total. My local dealership wants upwards of almost $400 for the same thing.
