2008 Blue Tundra SR5

So I have an 08 DC. I was cruising down I95 at 70mph when all of the sudden I lost all gears including park. 4low blinking and the other lights assoc. with it. Before i go breaking something. Does anyone have a clue what it could possibly be. Ive looked all over the forum but I couldn't find any other issues that were similar.
