Any recommendations for an AT tire with good wet traction? Leaning towards the General Grabber ATX.

I really like my Grabber ATX very impressed so far. Good luck with your decision.

They look good on your truck. Do you like how they handle in the rain? 3" lift so puddles feel like I need a rudder

I have no issues with theses tires in the rain or snow. Only complaint I have is they pick up small rocks but must aggressive treads do. No driving issues though great tire.

I have Goodyear Wrangler AT with Kevlar, and I live in Maine. We get every kind of wet precipitation here, these tires have preformed very well for me. 3D661BCA-7470-495C-B44D-D1279CB6603A.jpg

This sounds like an alignment problem. You might need new UCA’s

It's not an alignment problem Lincoln's head isn't covered, time for new rubber. Just looking for the best wet traction I don't have the opportunity to go off road much and this is my daily driver, 22 miles to work one way, mostly highway speeds

Let me also add my truck is my daily driver, usually about 15-20 miles per day. City driving mostly, highway miles in afternoon and weekends. Lots of icy roads in winter, the wranglers have always preformed well. “Winter” lasts usually 5-6 months here.

Thank goodness our winters aren't like yours! I refuse to take my baby out in the snow due to everyones non driving skills, unless everyone is snowed in

So far my Cooper Discoverer AT XLT’s have worked well in Texas’ rainy weather for the past year I’ve had them. The BFG ATs I had before performed poorly in wet weather and got worse as the miles added up. They were tough, but they’d spin like crazy from a stop on wet streets.

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
+1 for the GY Wrangler DuraTrac AT's. Been best AT tire I've had.
Great wear rating...Good traction in wet/ slick conditions...and just enough aggressive look IMO.

    I'm running 35X12.50R20's
Best spec to me is the overall weight...63 lbs. Compared to the BF Goodrich KO2's at 67 lbs, or the Nitto Ridge Grapplers at 73.5 lbs. Less wt., easier to get spinning...easier to stop.

Thank you for your input, Coopers are on my list too. Good to know they perform well in wet conditions. Not a lot of snow in my area but rain is a concern for me.

Falken AT3W. Great in rain. We have mild winters and I haven’t been through one yet on these tires, but they feel so right in everything I’ve had them in so far. I do know around here you see lots of duratrac for snow at higher elevations. My Falken is rated with the snowflake.

Not really a lot of snow around here either, looking for good rain handler. Thank you for your input!

Thanks! Talked to a friend today about his Nitto but he has a jeep, totally different than a truck

I have the duratracs. They’ve been good all around. No too much grip on wet pavement from a take off. I have the TRD off road suspension. I’m mostly satisfied but thinking about the new Faulken tires next go round to see if they give more grip on wet pavement.

Running 285/55/20 that came on it when I bought it, they now have 53+ miles so time to replace. Have hydroplaning issues... long story. Looking for some good water treaders so I don't have to get a rudder

Yeah bald tires are bad. I noticed you mentioned that you had a 3 inch lift specifically when discussing the rudder feeling so i thought caster might be an issue (can be both bald tires and lack of caster).

If you drive 44 miles a day, with rainy highway i would be looking at michelin’s.
