Not too shabby for $550 for the set. Rims are shiny and spotless, owner said the tires had 5K on them before he took them off. My stock setup on my 06 DC are 265-65-R17, these are 265-70-R17. They're a lot larger than I would have thought in comparison.

Got a set of 1.25" Spidertrax spacers coming in a few days - should be a great look. At first, I honestly wasn't digging these rims with the black paint and silver - the pictures I've seen I didnt like too much, but I couldn't beat the deal. In person next to my truck, I'm starting to like them more and more. There's some FJ rims that are the same except for silver paint + silver and they look a lot nicer.

Cool thing is my stock rims and very good Dueler tires will easily sell for around $350 - $435 for the set and so it wasn's a bnig outlay for a more custom look.

It's interesting that these Dunlop tires were made in Japan. Wouldn't have thought that these days...

Those trail/off road wheels look great on everything, the older 3rd gen runners, and tundras too!

I got the same, with Michelin Discovery ATXs on them. Really like the way they look on there. More contemporary without sticking out as being period-incorrect.

Just got the truck out for the first time after spending a few weeks detailing, pulling a few dents, new tires, and a variety of other mostly cosmetic fixes (decals, grill, etc.) Liking these wheels more and more.

$550 and sold mine for $440, so it was a $110 upgrade.

Your stock tires are really 265/65?
In comparison the 265/70 should only be 1 inch taller. They look much much larger than that.
I mean, I know 265/65 is a stock size for your year model but your new ones look at least 2-3” taller judging by your pictures.

Um. Michelin does not make a “Discovery ATX.”

It's just because they weren't mounted. When I stood the loose stock tire up next to the new mounted rim/tire, it almost looked a bit taller. So the reality is that the new setup is probably really only an inch at most taller.
