I have a 2015 Tundra Crew Cab w/bench seats and have a friend with 2017 seats. Will the 2017 seats fit in my 2015?

Nothing in the construction or design of the rear seats changed between 2015 and 2017.
The rear seats are the same between each cab design aka crew max fits crew max only and double cab fits double cab only.

Exactly! That's my problem. I bought some seats and the front seats work perfectly and the back seats are for a crew cab. I need rear seats for my double cab.
