That's pretty cool, it's gotta be mega expensive to convert any truck to that system, but yah, very clean, cool and functional

 

Bitchin! It does amaze me how much unitilized space there is around the bed of a truck. As much as I dislike RAM, I do like their side toolbox idea. Wonder what the cost is for the conversion in the video? I'm guessing WAY too much.

 

And what happens when you get a dent in your bed like most work trucks eventually do get, is this expensive set up going to cost a boat load of $ to fix and will insurance cover the repair?

 

I agree. Very expensive to fix. Good point about insurance. I just wonder how well the lift mechanism will hold up, and how much noise it creates bouncing down the road.
