Do I have to re gear my tundra if I’m gonna be running on 285/70/18 ? Also the lift I’m gonna be putting on is 6112 at 1.9 setting. 5160 in rear. Comments or suggestions be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Nope. I'm running 35s and did not regear.

I’m just wanting to do my truck right. I don’t want problems later down the road. So I will be ok with 285/70/18.

285/70/18 is a 33.7" OD, so you should not need any cutting or molding on stock wheels. Front mud flap at the most, and those are easy to remove.
If you add aftermarket wheels with significant different offset you might get into rubbing. Typically first the front plastic mud flap, then the fender liner, and then with more offset the rear mud flap and body mount.

Ok thank u so much man. Ya I’ll be running method nv305 with 285/70/18 nitto ridge grappler. +25 offset. 6112 1.9 setting. 5160 in rear. With coach builder 1.5 shackles or 2inch shackle. Idk which one. I just don’t want my truck to sit ass high. I want a little rake. And I’ll be getting coach builder driver side shim also. Can’t wait to get my truck done. Any other suggestion on what I should do or get. ??

You may or may not need to do a carrier bearing drop. If, after you lift, you begin noticing a slight vibration when taking off from a stop, that's the ticket.
