just statutes using the Hands free cell phone in my new 2019 Tundra Limited Crewmax . My issue is everyone I speak to complains of a echo sound . So much that it is interfering with all my calls.
Are there any settings ? Or is it a simple fix

Without making any setting changes, i just turned my phone face down so the mic does not pick up. This helped. Haven't had echoes since.

I would try pairing another phone to pinpoint the problem device.

Yeah, sometimes the mobile device is the culprit.

Check your bluetooth settings on the phone and disable HD audio if enabled. My phone also has a 3D Audio "Feature" that I turned off because it caused issues.
