The local dealership just installed 4 new rotors on my truck because of warpage. Afterwards my brakes started squealing and acting weird so this morning I pulled the front wheels to take a look. I noticed that both front rotors were loose. I could easily rock them back-and-forth by hand.

    This bad right?

Yikes...Take it back to the dealership. My guess is the tech that worked on your truck forgot to put in the retaining screws that holds down the rotors.

I’m concerned because I’ve been driving on it for about three weeks now. What sort of collateral damage should I be asking that the dealership check?

I haven't looked at my Tundra yet, but normally in my 45 years of car experience the wheel is the main factor in seating the rotor to the spindle.

What retaining screws? There are no retaining screws that hold down the rotors on a Tundra.

Retaining screws are there to hold the rotor in place while the vehicle goes down the assembly line. Those little things are not meant to hold the rotor in place. The wheel and lugs nuts are.

    Yes please
Normally they float on your lugs and tightening the wheels doen tightens them down as well. Check your lugnuts.

Haven’t had to do rotors on Tundra yet - but have done quite a few in my day including several 4 runners and FJ- none of which had retainer screws ??

Yes the rotors go on tight and flat against hub the calipers over top / correct wheel position and lug tightening is what keep them inline and tight !!
