Day one, I have truck semi torn apart and 1/2 of the sound dampening pads in. It doesn’t look pretty but I am sure it’s better than not having any pads in.

I want to do 4 doors in my Crewmax. Trying to figure out how much I need. I am thinking 36sq feet for 2 doors per side.

Do you have a round idea of how many sq ft it took to do your doors?

I would think 36sq ft for two doors would be extreme.

This is very true. Anything more than properly placed over about 25% is a waste of money. Instead take that money for the other 75% and invest in some closed cell foam and mass loaded vinyl (MLV). Mass is what blocks and kills sound. The noico is for rattles and vibes and killing that tinny noise when you close your doors.
I did my whole truck except the roof, maybe some day I'll get to that. I used meathods from sound deadener showdown dot com and it worked out great and wasn't a bank breaker

I only bought two box of 36sq ft and so far it seems to be enough for the whole truck but the roof even if you cover ever sq in of the truck. But I don’t see one box being enough even if you well placed everything. So since I all ready bought two boxes might as well use every square.

Yesterday I managed to put a few more squares in the passages side and ran the power cord for the amp through the drier wall. Toyota conveniently left a space in the boot for the main wires, that made this job super easy compared to the other vehicles I have done.

Was going to mat my doors today after work but it’s raining and my garage is occupied. So guess I have to wait till offset on Tuesday.

Looks good but that's super expensive and you would still need to get MLV to layer over the foam. I just bought a bulk roll of 1/8" CCF it was about 4ft x 12ft and I think it was around $30, it didn't have any adhesive but that was okay. Then I got 1/8" 1 lb/sqft. MLV 54" x 15ft for around $80, and some spray adhesive to bond the 2 together on door and back wall panels. Foam itself doesnt do much if anything other than stop rattling plastic parts, it's used as a decoupling layer between metal of the truck and the MLV, you can't put the MLV direct to metal, it'll carry and transfer noise without an air or foam space between
