What are your thoughts on these? I find I need to shut them off at times as they are a bit aggressive at times. They like to stay on high beams and are slow to go to low when cars are coming, or your driving on highways, passing cars, etc... I end up turning them off alot as I'm sure I'm going to tick off some other driver, these lights are bright.

They are convenient, but if it is encountering too many cars it will take longer cycles, I've found they will just stay off when triggering often. Honestly our "brights" are not as bad as the Aholes with the HID aftermarkets conversion that are not designed for stock lenses. I say leave it on...

I use it on occasion. Mostly on mountain roads where my hands are busy steering and could use some help with HI/LO headlights. I'm uncomfortable with how it waits until it sees headlights before lowering, I prefer to be pre-emptive and lower before I see the car/truck knowing one is about to appear. A lot easier on the driver of the oncoming vehicle. It's also a little schitzo as to when to raise and lower. Sometimes doesn't recognize oncoming vehicles or those I am following when I encounter them after a turn. Sometimes up/down/up/down in a few seconds confusing everyone (including me). I've also reached down and turned them off and blasted the car I'm following with full-on high beams (not cool).

I'm finding that the auto high beams on my '20 Tundra seem to be far superior in performance than those in my wife's '18 Tacoma. The only place I find that they have a hard time is on the highway through winding, mountainous areas with reflective snow markers. The reflections on the markers seem to trick the sensors into mistaking them for other cars, and they constantly flick on and off.

I find them too finicky - as others have said, they often trigger “late” in my opinion when it comes to oncoming traffic. I turned them off after my first night drive and haven’t used the auto feature since. This is one of those things that for me, never needed to be solved with sensors.

I love mine! I drive a lot of back roads going to and from work.

Same thought here. My wife’s 2019 pilot is even worse though. It’s just something I’ll live with and it’s not really a problem.
