Well since my company truck ( 2014 Ram 1500 Express) took a dump rear differential wise and was a bit winded on mileage ( 250,000) and other repairs needed here and there I was able to pick up a new 2019 Tundra Crew Max Limited.
We were able to use my 07 Tundra in the trade-in and company reimbursed me the trade-in amount....so a win-win.

The Barcelona red , IMHO, is not as nice or rich as my old Salsa Red '07 but hey..its a new truck courtesy of my company so not gonna bitch too much, right?

    Pros:
    • Ride is stable, tight, ready.
    • Seats comfy enough.
    • Appears to have fixed that acceleration--touchy gas peddle fiasco the 07 had.
    • Rear camera always nice.
    • Came with extra set of rubber weatherguard floor mats for winter and mud...very nice from dealer.
    • Moon roof.
    • LED head lights and fog lights are brite.....Hell, I bet the space station can see me!
    • Front instrument cluster panel much easier to read and SEE than my 07 so big plus.
    • Tires and wheels look heavy duty and actually pretty cool .
    • Will work nicely as my mobile office as I need space inside.
    • The sensory safety features are quite nice really. On a 300 mile road trip this past week it was nice on busy interstates.

    Cons:
    • In all honesty...its pretty much like my 12 year old 07...only a few newer accouterments... LMAO.
    • No side mirror puddle lights or dimable mirrors!!...WTF Toyota? My 07 Limited had all this. I wish I had noticed this when test driving it. At least rear view is dimable like the 07 before.
    • The so called 9 speakers JBL Sound System?....more like JBL shit sound system.:p I mean I had to stop and be sure this rear sub-woofer was even working and feel for it. I'm no audiophile but I know good sound when I hear it...and sorry....this system aint it. Tinny, volume levels all over the damn place...and just.....cheap sounding. I'm sure my 07 JBL sounded better....sorry to say.
    • The head unit itself is a POS....I mean....come on...2003 head units had a better layout and design. I had a U-Connect 8.2 in my Ram 1500...and its years ahead of this Tundra unit. Entune?....what the hell is that anyway? Useless ?
    • Big one....a high end truck like this needs more connectivity. ( its 2019 after-all) USB ports that actually charge when not running, 110v inverter outlet.....or something
    • the center console. Geezus....did the factory forget dividers, trays...etc?
    • My 07 leather seats had the power lower seat extender which is nice for guys with long legs....not on my 2019 now.
    I know , I know....Toyota doesn't do the bells n whistles like Ram, GMC, Chevy....etc...but still.

    Some needed mods include:
    • Puddle lights
    • Deck drawer system for my tools ...etc.
    • Toneau cover of some type
    • Driver side tint film to match rear door glass.
    • maybe some auxiliary lighting for bed and interior.
