So as most of you have figured out, i drive the bare basic tundra... I mean no options came with this truck originally. It had AM/FM and thats it. No CD or cassette, no fog lights or 4WD, it came stock as hell.

I read on a post that Toyota does wire these trucks for the SR5 kit. I noticed i do have plug-ins for a fog light but no light, relay or button. So I also noticed in my single cab it does have wires for rear right and rear left speakers.

Where the heck do those even lead to?! And can I put rear speakers in this single cab

I also noticed a bunch of other crap missing like glove capartment light. It came with a bench seat but it has wires for the fancy ones. Can this all be installed on this truck granted i put fuses in the right allocation?

Granted mines an 05. But my basic no power locks, windows or fogs truck now has all that stuff. It appears the dash harness is shared across all the trucks (mostly, there are other dash harnesses with slight differences) and there is 4 different inside fuse boxes (drl and no drl. Then power window or no power window)

For fogs, fuse l, relay, and light switch are all you need

What about the rear speaker wires, where do they lead? I wouldn't mind a 2nd set of speakers in this truck behind the seat.

Also can you put 2 seats in this thing? Like does it have to be the Toyota seats or can you find universal rails and seats?

The mounts for the tundras captions chairs are in the floor. I’m sure you can put aftermarket seats in with aftermarket rails. Or another cars seats with modified rails.
As for the rear speaker wires they likely exit into a connector in the kick panels. The floor pan wire for a access cab runs along the floor there so those wires would likely be around there. Don’t know where your going to fit those speakers though, not much room lol. I was thinking about making a box with a water proof connector to put in the bed when I want to listen to music outside, switch the fade to the rear and rock out

The fog lights wiring will only work if you install the OEM switch and there's a few other things I believe you may have to do/install.

The easiest way is to just get an aftermarket kit and run new wires and use the switch provided. Its really not that hard to do and the switch will fit in one of the blanks that are already there.

As for the speaker wires, I'd assume they are wired to the head unit. If you have an old speaker you could plug it in and find out.

Edit: uhm, I was thinking you had a second gen tundra so I probably am wrong about how the fog lights and wiring work.
    Sorry about that.
