ok so the high beams aren’t switching on. The dash indication illuminates. Fuses are good. Relay is good. I swapped it with the fog light relay to verify and swapped back. If I pull the relay out I can ground the pin I have circled below and the high beams come on. Other thing to note is when the head light switch is turned on the circled pin in the picture has around 4.5 volts on it. Any ideas here?

No idea about what’s wrong there but since it’s a 2019 and is still under warranty, why don’t you try taking to the dealer?

Probably a stupid question on my part. Did you turn off the auto high beams?

Oh yea lol. I’m pretty sure it’s the dimmer switch. I left my led bulbs in and that was a screw up on my part because the dealer is trying to say it’s the bulbs when obviously it’s not.

Update: was about to check continuity back to the BCM and figure out how to get the high beams to come on. The dimmer stalk on the column is good so that tells me something is more than likely messed up in the BCM. The only thing that’s not fully functional is the auto high beam circuit but I can fool with that if the dealer says they won’t cover it under warranty Monday.

ditto...check your auto high beam button switch (lower left side kick panel side of steering wheel) (is the logo light up on the dash). Are the headlights set to AUTO...
Will it 'flash if you pull the stock toward you? The Auto/Auto High Beam setting combos are likely your problem.

Well I know I played with something in the setup menus (trying to see if i could change the sensitivity of the auto feature). and it really affected the operations of my highbeams....and when I got it back to the way it was when I got the truck everythings been fine since....but I guess that's not your problem.

Did the dealer tell you what was wrong with it?? I'm having the exact same issue.
