So, I have a 2019 SR5 tundra. I purchased the 19 LED headlights and used the headlight revolution harness. Everything was plug and play to my knowledge, headlights worked fine for 3 months. About a week ago after getting my truck back from getting a 3/1 installed (could just be ironic) I noticed when driving something in my headlights is flickering/ flashing like a light show. I haven’t been able to imitate this while the truck is parked so I can’t exactly put my finger on it but it looks like it’s coming from the side of the headlight closer to quarter panel/ fender well. I took both headlights out, unplugged and replugged all connections and the problem is still there.

Any ideas what could be happening? Pretty embarrassing to be driving down the highway in a brand new truck with this issue and I’m really OCD about my vehicles. Thanks for the help guys.

Sounds like a wire in the harness is loose somewhere. Just my best guess

Would it just be ironic that it’s both headlights? I could see one wire being loose but two wires seems a little over the top.

Im not one of the forum pros, but did this mod. I would say it’s highly possible. Definitely where I would start. Again no pro, just where I would start troubleshooting would be the wires.

I have not done this mod, nor do I know a lot about the harnesses; however, if I had to guess, I'd start with the harness. It could be a loose wire that feeds both driver and passenger side.

I’ll take a look at it again when I get home later today and get back with y’all.
