    Hello everyone,
I have a quick question for you. I am looking to add a one inch block to the rear of my truck. And wanted to know if I can keep my stock rear shocks or do I need to change for a longer one.

    Thanks

The stock shocks should be fine with a 1" block.
I have 1.5" blocks and stock shocks; I drive around on rough graded construction sites every day and never had a problem.

    Alot of them
You are only decreasing shock travel by an inch so you will be fine. However, adjustable shackles would be a better option, and better ride.

I added 1''Pro Comp blocks with my stock shocks and rides just fine.

Like everyone else said, you’ll be fine. But I also suggest shackles instead of blocks. Check out Coachbuilder
