My 05 tundra needs head gaskets or a donor motor. It has 239k miles and I found a totaled 2007 sequoia which should also have the vvti engine. Seller says motor is fine and isn't leaking fluids(it was layed on its side) and that after the accident he shut it off as it was still running. Are there many other parts that can be swapped back and forth or would this be more of an engine only purchase?

Not sure if that motor will swap, might need some CPU tweaks. As far parts, all front suspension will swap, rear will not.

07 sequoia 4.7 should work without much issue. just use the engine harness from your truck.
