He said he anticipates it to cost around 600 bucks with the cap.

 

Ohhhh. I guess there is a cap then. I was going off what a previous post stated.

 

I wonder if he's extending a max $200 discount to anyone who orders before 10/1 or if only the first 100 orders can participate in the group buy.

 

Does anyone know if he has weekend hours?

 

I don't recall reading anything about a cap. Putting one into effect after the fact would not be good business. And from what I have read plus a couple of convos, I believe Keith has a good business belief. We will find out in a few days.

 

Called him before I posted earlier, sounded like a “pocket answer”. No response to my text saying I’d like to order a set.

But really, is anyone going to be upset if the discount maxes out at $200? That's just being greedy.

 

Not being greedy. But I do expect one to honor the deal. It is part of the reason so many decided to sign up.

Update: This was not meant to imply Keith is anything other than a good guy. My wording obviously was not the best. I got caught up in the excitement. I apologize if I offended anyone.

 

If not putting a cap on it means he looses out on too much money, then i want him to put a cap on it. He is already hooking all of us up huge. 275 dollars off plus free shipping on any of the systems on the group buy is an insane deal. I am good with whatever he decides to do. He has been nothing but polite, helpful, informative, patient, and just a good guy. No matter what he decides to do, he is the definition of GOOD BUSINESS. Thanks @dirtydeeds

All of you reading this that haven't bought yet, you just need to do it. Cap or no cap. This is an insane deal for clearly the best exhaust for our trucks. I ordered mine 1 day before he announced the group buy and i did so hoping to get to 50 orders. and boom. we are gonna hit 100.

 

I'll be calling this weekend to order an 8 inch.

People could drop out if they feel the discount isn’t good enough. But that would be silly if you ask me. I Also wouldn't put a bad label on Keith and his guys, he is a standup dude.

After I spoke with Keith I understood a 8” alum. system after all the discounts would be around $475. As of Thursday he said hi 90’s of orders but he was so busy he didn’t even have an accurate count.

 

While I am not part of the group buy, I have the TRD system and am very pleased, from what I have read and heard about Keith he is a stand up guy and is offering one heck of a discount even with a cap if he places one. I don't expect a business to lose money on a sale, no matter its still a great discount for anyone getting in on it.

Did not mean to imply that Keith is not a good guy. I also agree that the discount is a great deal. And I sure don't want to give the impression that Keith should lose money.

I am happy with with the deal. It is obvious that many are ready to defend Keith. That loyalty is part of the reason I decided to purchase. Again, it was not my intention to offend anyone.

But like everyone I wanted thr count to go higher. I guess I got caught up in the excitement.

Totally agree. My apologies. I didn’t mean to get anything stirred up. Just relaying what I was told. After speaking to him super stand up guy but he does have to make a living and I have zero problem with that. Plus I’m getting a badass exhaust.

Well put. I was thinking about this earlier this week. I'm all for a great deal, but don't want anyone to lose their shirt in the process. I'm glad for the deal and it is indeed the reason why I pulled the trigger now. Probably would have paid full price next year based on what I've read, but this was too good to pass up. Thanks again Keith and I hope you are busy as heck while making these exhausts...and tidy profit!
