Mystery Item Found in Used Truck

I bought a used truck and pulled the drop-in liner out in preparation for the spray-in liner and found this. Anyone have any idea? Not necessarily truck related, but it has me stumped. No numbers or markings of any kind except the "Tyger"

 

just realized that there's no real scale. it's 3.75" long, 2" wide and 1" thick

Looks like an aftermarket bed light. Tyger automotive has the same logo and has leds and stuff.

 

It prob has a million dollars in it

I looked on Tyger's website and couldn't find anything that looked like that. But I agree it's some kind of tonneau cover related accessory.

Put new batteries in it and push the button, it’s a pretty light. Here’s a picture of the light..

so this is just a flash light to see under the Tyger tonneau? Never heard of that...

Also, i opened it up and tried fresh batteries. No dice. pretty corroded, and while i'm far from an electrical engineer, i dont think a circuit board is supposed to look like this... (bad picture, but it looks like there are leads that do not connect to the board)
