so I just drove thru a heavy rain storm and when I stopped at where I needed to go and then left that place I get check engine on, 4lo flashing, and traction control flashing and another light. I only get this on bad rain storms or sometimes heavy snow storms when stuff is melting. I wonder if I get a short in a wheel speed sensor or something electrical down low. After a few days of drying out everything goes back to normal and no lights on.

I think you’re on the right track. Check for any issues with the wires leading to them. Maybe one of the connectors itself isn’t quite sealed right. I think I would go to each one and disconnect, clean up the connectors O-rings and lube with dielectric grease as well at the pins. Make sure all the pins behind the connector are pushed in all the way.

Also before all that, try hooking it up to a OBDII reader just pinpoint which sensor is possibly going off.
