So I am trying to diagnose front end vibrations when I apply the brakes. I think I have warped rotors because of hot spot bands on both sides of the rotor, but have you guys seen a lip on the edge of the pads like this before?

I've never seen that, but my answer to your vibrations is D: All of the above, Lol definitely some new rotors and pads should be in the works.

Do you brake very aggressively? If not driving habits, you have a sticking caliper piston or more.

Just did my front brakes and had to replace the driver side caliper because the inner top piston was stuck. My brake pad looked like that too. I bought the truck about 6 months ago and this was the first brake change.
Probably should have changed the rotor out too but I will most likely do that anyway soon.

Your pads looked like mine? How did you determine that the piston was stuck?

I had heard a scraping noise. So thought the pads needed changing. So when I went to go change the pad out I couldn’t push one of the pistons back to get the pad out. The piston was locked in the out position. So it was evident the piston was bad. Stupid me I never looked for rotor damage while changing the caliper out. But since the inner pad was worn down like your pad. The outer pad looked normal. Rust killed my guide pins too. Had to get new ones. Hope that helps for some reference.
