I want to repair the cruise control in my '07, as well as add factory fog lights. I will be replacing the steering wheel with a like new wheel at the same time, and I already have a new cruise control switch. I will not be performing the work myself, but I would like to have everything I need before taking it to the shop.

I there a process to pin-point the problem with the cruise, and are there any tips or suggestions I should know about?

    Thank you.

It was the spiral cable assembly, I have CC and a newer steering wheel now!
