Regular Cab Short Bed Tundra

I sold my 18" XD wheels and thinking about picking up a set of OEM 20's like yours and mount 275/65/20 KO2s on it. Do you have spacers on yours, they stick out more than others that i've seen.

 

That must just be perspective, as they're factory size tires with zero modifications to the hubs or wheels (no spacers). They don't stick out any further than they would from factory. You should be able to pick up a cosmetically acceptable set for $400 or so.

 

What brand and size tires are you running now? Do you know what the OEM offset is for those wheels? I found a set locally for $200, just need to repaint it as he got some chemicals on it and the finish is dull/flaky.

 

Nice price! I actually have two sets of the rims. One set I use in the winter and have studded snows on them, and the set I run in the summer have Michelin Defenders mounted up (both 275/55/20). I apologize, I don't know the factory offset.

 

Are we able to list trucks for sale on this forum? I didn't see a section for this? Thinking of selling my RCSB.

 

Anyone want to take a guess as to how many RC's they make each year? I see regular cab 1st gens occasionally but never see any 2nd gens.

 

There is a classified section but you have to have 50 posts before you can list.

Toyota doesn't release anything but total number built of any particular model (Tundra, Camry, etc) They don't break it down and no one has ever admitted to finding more specific detail.

 

*To the best of my knowledge about 3600 Regular Cab Tundra were built from 2007 to 2010. This total includes short & long beds, and all available engines & drive-trains.

The RCSB 2WD (with 5.7) was manufactured from 2007 to 2010, 2WD are the rarest RCSB trucks.

The RCSB 4WD (with 5.7) was manufactured from 2007 to 2013, you have a better chance finding a 4WD RCSB.

Total production of RCSB (including all V8, V6, 2WD or 4WD) was <1% of yearly production.

 

I sincerely seem to see an inordinately high number of them given my comparatively isolated location.

 

Agreed... I would like to see how they were distributed throughout the country, because some areas never saw them in a dealership.

 

The last time I saw one at a dealership was when I picked mine up (used from a Honda dealership and found online). I don't actively look now though. I just randomly spy them while out and about.

 

Were they by customer request only? Or did they just make them as they saw fit?

 

Toyota has consistently dedicated 1% or less of their total yearly production of Tundra trucks to regular cab models since year 2000, all of these regular cab trucks are rare low production models.

I have no idea.

Here is a pic of it. It is 2WD. Has a few TRD installed stuff such as the lowering kit and supercharger.

 

Just found this on CARMAX and waiting for it to ship from The East coast, 08 2-wheel drive, 5.7 motor.
