I've recently developed a problem with the truck not starting all the time. The truck will not respond when the key is put in the start position but after waiting awhile it will connect.
Anyone experience similar problems?

I have not experienced that but the keys have a chip in them and communicate with the truck as an anti theft device.
If it were me I would get a new key and have it programmed to the truck.
