2003Tundra SR5

2" leveling kit

I have a 2003 Gen 1. It has had the frame replaced' but a load of mulch or towing a camper it sags really bad. I found that the driver's side leaf spring was broke, so I purchased heavy duty leaf springs and installed those thinking it is going to solve the problem. I bought the four over one, which stock is three over one and it still sags like before. Any help on this would be much appreciated.
