Does anyone have an idea where the ' check engine ' light is located in the instrument panel? Failed inspection for no CEL when the key is first turned on, tried using a flashlight but just can't find where it is. Checked manual but there were to many variations

5100’s at 5th notch, Add-a-leaf, diff drop.

On an '03 it is on the tac just below the 0. Should be same place on an '04.
