2018 Tundra SR5 4x4..... 11 months old, now all of sudden can’t use Bluetooth, when I press Bluetooth on the Entune system, message pops up saying “ microphone not connected” same when I push phone setup in Entune. Alls been working fine since day one, my phone is a iPhone 10Xs Max..... is this a phone or Entune issue? I’ve unpaired from my iPhone. Is the microphone located in the rear view mirror?

well removed the map light console assembly, checked the microphone connector, cleaned it out, reconnected it and all is well. Microphone is working, who knows gremlins? Murphy’s law? Thanks to all for your inputs.

Sounds like a good warranty trip. Sounds like a truck issue. Hopefully someone has seen this issue.

The microphone is located in the overhead tray where you see the slots. It does sound like a trip to the dealer, but maybe it's a permissions issue on the phone. What version of iOS are you on?

Using bed IOS 13 public beta 5, IOS 13 public beta 4 and below no issues, just installed public beta 5 the other day, could that be the issue? Is the microphone located in the above head map light console assembly?

Yeah by the map light, should look like this:

The beta could definitely be the culprit though. I'm also running it and run into random crap that quits working. Pleasures of living on the bleeding edge... Go into Settings > Privacy > Microphone and make sure that anything Entune related is enabled.

I'm running IOS 13 beta as well and have had issues with connection since Beta 1, I'm on beta 6. I had zero issues with IOS 12
