I recently damaged the front end of my 2014 Toyota tundra. The damage is on the Driver side mostly in the bumper. I tag one of those short poles at a gas station. No steering components seem to be bent or anything. But my power steering fluid is going somewhere and I don’t know where. The power steering is not working and it’s making some noise. Should I fill the reservoir again and put some cardboard under the truck and let it sit overnight to try and find the leak? Or does anyone have any suggestions on what I could’ve damaged on that side of the truck?

    It's probably in the boot..

Either way, the rack needs replacing or rebuilt.

It sounds to me like the noise is coming from the pump possibly because the reservoir is somehow empty.
It would behoove you to refill it ASAP and not run it on low fluid. The inside of the pump can be damaged without any lubricant. Could cause issues further down the line.
Take a good hard look at the rack and pinion and the boots on the tie rod as mentioned in the by the previous poster.

In case you weren't aware.. the power steering system take ATF not regular "Power steering fluid."
It calls for Dextron type 3 or 4.

Is it possible to replace the rack without pulling the whole engine on the 2014? And if it is will I possibly mess up the zero point calibration of the steering angle, master cylinder pressure, yaw rate and deceleration sensors for vehicle skid control system?

Yes, it is possible to remove the steering rack without removing the engine.
I don't see why any of those few issues you mentioned would arise by simply replacing the steering rack.

Have you thought about filing an insurance claim? They would surely replace the bumper and diagnose/ repair the power steering system.

How about the power steering cooler up behind the front bumper? It’s more likely to be the damaged item based on your story, and much cheaper / easier to fix. Running too low on fluid does destroy a pump in short order, so fill it ASAP / keep it full no matter what. If it leaks too fast, have it towed if it must be moved.
