I have a 20x9 with a +18 offset and I'm running a 27565r20 and I have quite a bit of rubbing on the front and am very close to the body mount.. picked up the plates today

Yeah my research tells me I'll need to remove the front flaps and do the heat mod on the front liner. The body mount should be just clear by roughly 1/2 inch.

@2011_Limited_tundra weird. The one here in san jose offered to do it for my buddy FJ and 4runners. They refer to it as a Body mount chop though. Just in case they didn't know what you were talking about..
Couple of guys I know that can do as well, you just have to work within there schedule.

Have you tried pulling caster forward/maxing out giving a little lee-way before max(within factory spec)?
It worked for me until I drove a few trails and started rubbing the Body mount a bit only in reverse.

Went to the archery range and before I left decided to see how the truck flexed with the new wheels and tires.. did pretty good and when the tires are stuffed in the rear there is very little space between the tire and bed side
