2016 Tundra 4x4, 5.7 DC with 43,xxx miles. I drove the truck today no problem. Then when I got in it later in the day the truck would not shift into drive. So I had to use the little release button (pictured) to get the truck out of park. Then when I started to drive the ABS light and traction control lights came on. Any ideas what’s going on? These have to be related.

Brake or cruise control fuse is burnt out. Likely brake and your brake lights are probably also out.

    Check the fuses.

Found it and I’m happy for an easy fix. It was this fuse.

Yep, its not often a fuse blows without a cause.

I agree. I always get worried when a fuse randomly blows. However, I had my raft trailer hooked up when it blew and I think it had something to do with my 4 pin plug-in been wet.

I tow that trailer all the time and this is the first time it’s happened. If it happens again I’ll start looking at the trailer wiring.

Check lights on trailer if you Back it does the boat dock you might begetting water in the housing. Happened to me once.
Best day of boat ownership is the day you bought it.
Second best day will be when you sell it.

Different kind of boat...and I don't plan on selling this thing anytime soon. :D
If it happens next time I get on the water I'll know where to look. But yeah, I agree that I have to watch getting the trailer in the water.
