For those of you guys that have had handles painted... I have a set of both chrome and the black plastic handles, with the correct prep work which one would be best to get painted?

I think the black plastic would be better at letting paint adhere to it. Chrome takes (yes, even plastic chrome) more prep.

The black plastic involves less prep.
